In india brinjal like vegetable crop doesnt require bt gene to overcome insect resistance. monsanto people select India as a plat form to induct bt brinjal then they introduce all over the world and leads to pollution and other asverse affects due to bt brinjal.

The greenness of potatoes
You should be aware that the green colour of potatoes is not related to the presence or absence of toxins. It is simply due to chlorophyll. Now, chlorophyll may be produced when the potatoes are exposed to light, which may also trigger the formation of toxins. But toxins can also be present in potatoes that do NOT have a green tinge. Keeping the potatoes in the dark will get rid of the green colour, but not the toxins.

Bt Brinjal
India is importing soy oil and most of the edible oil is extracted from GM soybean.if we are consuming that oil and found no hazards then what's wrong with Bt Brinjal.The normal brinjal, u r eating nowadays is not safe for health as the crop is being sprayed for fruit and shoot borers with systemic pesticides.
