Outstanding Woman Achiever Award 2008
 In
recognition of her outstanding achievements, Lucknow
Management Association is pleased to confer on Dr. Suman Sahai,
LMA Outstanding Woman Achiever Award 2008.
Dr. Suman Sahai, has received many Awards including the 2008
Outstanding Woman Achiever Award from FICCI for ‘Excellence
in Science ‘ and 2004 Borlaug Award for her outstanding
contribution to agriculture and the environment. She was
appointed Knight of the Golden Ark (Netherlands) in 2001 for
her ‘crusading public education work on issues related to
genetic resources and trade’. Dr Sahai was also the recipient
of the Birbal Sahani University Gold Medal for Outstanding
Student in 1971.
